Very welcoming and friendly staff. Location is nice and relaxing. Parking on the street might be a challenge during the day but a parking garage is available right across the street.

Great to get back into yoga! Loved the teacher, Kristen Kemp. She kept it real and gave multiple options depending on your skill and encouraged students throughout the session. Be prepared to SWEAT! It is BOILING in there but 0 smell. I’m very impressed. Will come again

Loved it. I struggled a bit but the instructor Nicole was attentive and supportive. I’m not giving up and I’m going back! Nice environment and relaxing.
