Joanna was very good.
The different names are confusing!!! I never heard of Delight Day Spa but I guess its the same as Anaya Skin Care???
joanne was great
There summer hours do not include weekends. Hard to schedule services if you work full time during the week.
The products complimented my skin much in need of pampering.
It was a total waste of my time and money. I would never go back there nor ever recommend it to anyone! What I thought I was paying for was not even close to what I got! Very disappointed! I also sent 2 emails to them asking for info and got no reply. Very unprofessional!!
I had a reaction to the facial and they blew me off, after they ignored my first email. The first visit was very good. The second viist was NOT.
I almost turned around and walked out when I went through the front door. The facility is very rundown and doesn't remotely look, feel or represent a day spa. They don't tell you what products they use; the washclothes they put on my face smelled old and the room (floor) was littered with dust. He tried to sell my an iphone cover (that is what they sell). I bought the 3 signature facials but won't good back. Their prices are at or more then some of the very reputable salons in/around the Phoenix area. One plus, the person who gave me the facial was very polite and did seem to be quiet professional.
You are up charged once you get there. I've been getting facials for years and have never had to pay extra for extractions. A facial should be relaxing but it was all "the enzyme you need is $25 more" would you like extractions? Ok "$15more". "If you reschedule it will be the same price". "We have an eyelash special for $39". I will never return for a facial
The facial was basically a "cleaning", nothing special. I was quoted $12 for the eyebrow wax and when I checked out, it was $15. She said that she made a mistake. I paid the $15 but I won't go back.
