only there once, but so far its good/ on time, courteous, and professional

clean up the entire place, it's old, it's tired and you are charging as much as Turnberry charges for a massage, at least there there is some luxury, you can spend time in the spa. it's not going to be there very long if you keep it in the condition it is.

The first aptoinment they made, I showed up and they said the massage lady had a family emergency and left early. They should have called and cancelled before I drove there. The second apt they were running 40 mins behind so I had to leave for work without getting a massage and sitting in waiting for nothing. I have tried to reschedule but they are not opened on the weekends. There apt. Has been very frustrating.

THE ADVERTISEMENT SAID THEY OFFER HOT STONE, THAI, SWEDISH, DEEP TISSUE AND IN FACT THEY ONLY OFFER SWEDISH. THE PLACE WAS DIRTY, POORLY STAFFED, AND ONLY ONE MASSEUSE, SO YOU COULD NOT GO WITH A FRIEND. A MEDICAL CENTER SOUNDS LIKE A BIG FACILITY, WHEN IN FACT IT IS A SMALL, NEW AND OALREADY RUN DOWN FACILITY. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN 2 WEEKS TO SEE IF THEY HAD ANYTHING BESIDES SWEDISH MASSAGE AVAILABLE. DONT GO!

Place has no equipment for massage.

I arrived about 10 min before the appointment time, and the session started 30 min after appointment. The massage was supposed to last one hour but it was only 30 min. The therapist did not really speak English and massaged only arms and neck while all massage places give a full body massage. She was also on the phone frequently.
