Clean, nice spa, good parking options on street in front or behind in the parking lot. Very informative, quite thorough, and use good dermalogica products for the services. I was nervous since I'm concern of how my skin would react to the laser treatment, but it feels ok the next day, I kinda glad I had the service done there!

Better customer service needed from lady behind the front desk (long dark hair) - she wasn't friendly and vague when requesting things from me.

My entire experience was pleasant. Amy, who looked after me was knowledgeable and had such a pleasant demeanor which made my vist most enjoyable. I bought some skin products and am very happy with them. I also booked another appointment for another treatment and really look forward to that. :)
