The receptionist was very cordial and welcoming. The exercise room and the bathrooms were very clean. Paula was very pleasant and did an excellent work out. She was very particular about body mechanics. I felt fabulous when I left.

The Pilates instructor does really know what she is doing. Excellent class. Worth it !!!
