It was challenging but fun. I can't wait to see if I can keep it up. :) Parking is tricky but they warn you of that up front. I would recommend this workout.

I really enjoyed the classes! It is fun but challenging. I purchased the 10 class package and I am excited to see how strong I will become and to see how much my body will start transforming.

I absolutely lobe this studio! The energy is AMAZING!! Expect a great workout in a calming atmosphere. Sonia & Stephanie are great instructors. Perfect for all fitness levels!
