Before beginning, they back up all materials to ensure the contents stay intact during the transfer process, which utilizes flicker-free methodology, color-corrected LED lighting, and a dash of fairy dust. After the process is complete, techs print titles directly onto DVDs to identify them, rather than relying on labels, which are prone to fading and tearing.
