This was my first time doing hot yoga/yoga in general. They made me feel so comfortable. Nothing to worry about as a new person. I can't wait to go tomorrow. I hope I'm not sore.

They offer mat and towel rentals in case you don't have gear. If you find that yoga isn't your thing, you won't be out $30 on a brand new yoga mat! (I'm looking at you craigslist.)

Bring lots of water, an extra towel, and wear very light, breathable clothing.

don't bring a big bag. lockers are small and there is one shower in the ladies room

The room is heated, however, if felt to me to be about 90 or less at least that's how it felt in the back of the room. I've been to other hot yoga studios where the temp has been 112-114 degrees which I prefer.
Also the studio is carpeted, it smelled clean.

Hydrate during the day and u will feel great in hot yoga.
