Overall good experience but odd that the actual dentist never came in.

Very, very nice receptionist and lovely office environment. Professional but also relaxing.

The dentist wasn't there and thee hours were inconvenient.

i don't feel i got my money's worth. the cleaning was short, i wasn't made aware of any aromatherapy or neck pillow. the take home cleaning kit says on the box that it should be kept refrigerated, but to my knowledge someone just pulled it out the room-temp closet and handed it to me. in sum, i just don't think it was worth the value i paid. on the other hand, everyone was extremely nice and friendly and if i had to chose a regular dentist office, this would be the place.

Professional atmosphere - although I expected a little more for the price. The cleaning was average, nothing special; the exam was visual very brief and the whitening treatment was a take home kit that I could have paid $40 for at Target. They do not except insurance so you have to get your teeth xrays done somewhere else and brought bact to them, that's an inconvenience. Very nice people.

The staff was pleasant as was the office setting and decor. Dr. Locklear, however, left something to be desired. This was surprising after all the positive information that I heard from online reviews. When I asked to see her for a brief consultation, she stood back from me and poked me with a dental mirror like I was road kill that she was poking with a stick. It was one of the oddest dentist office visits I have ever had.

The process took hardly 30 mins. in its entirety! Last time when I did it with regular fees lasted more than 90 mins.with some other dentist Of course this is all subjective however I feel you should not offer these kind a deals where corners are cut easily and customers can do nothing about it. Or you can send one of ur to see how good the service is ...

The service that was offered is misleading. It should have said dental cleaning. This is not close to the the $600.00 saving claim
