I'm loving it even though I start sweating almost immediately and then spend the rest of the class huffing and puffing (obviously really out of shape!) I really like how Abbey mixes it up and keeps us on our toes. She is fantastic and soooo nice and people taking the classes are really nice as well (sometimes a little rare in Marin....)

My first session with Abbie was great, I had so much fun as well as working up a good sweat and got the heart rate going. It is surprising how you can achieve such a good work out with only a minimal amount of equipment. Who new exercise could be so fun!!!
