We used them for roundtrip transportation to the Port of Tampa for 30 people. Going to the port there were no issues. However, they were over an hour late picking us up from the port and the driver said it was because he did a "quick drop off" first. Very unprofessional.

Arrived 1hour late. Had to call the manager just to receive the time we paid for, told us we would get "an extra hour" in addition to the time we paid for b/c he came late. Then wanted to charge us $85 for an extra hour. Advertised for a "party bus" and we received a old greyhound bus, spray painted black, no inside lights, all seats facing forward, and only option was a radio that didnt pick up most stations. This was for my sisters 21st birthday, very displeased.
