In a spacious studio with wood floors and abundant natural light, Nyack Yoga @ 42 Main's experienced instructors guide groups through the poses of hatha, Vinyasa, Anusara, and Kundalini yoga. I have only taken one class so far....as I recently signed up. It was with Andrea....and I loved every minute of it. I felt like I had been to a week long spa after only one session. She was so kind and helpful.....it was spiritual and fun at the same time

Other then a computer issue I am currently having(can't sign up for classes) I was very pleased with instructor and space. I think it is a great deal to get back into Yoga. Give it try.
