They don't towel dry the car like some places do but they have free vacuum stations which are great. The vacs are very powerful and can get into narrow spaces.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the free, easy to use vacuums that are in both sides of your car for easier cleaning. They also have a fee mat cleaning machine.

Need to explicitly explain in emails how to take advantage of specials e.g. Red Sox. Attendant not always available to assist.
