Very impressive

It was great. I didn't know what to expect, but when I got there, the lady was very professional and kind, told me what to do, and let me have my privacy during the hydrotherapy. Basically you lay on a big machine that pumps water into you and all your toxins are flushed out. It was way less invasive and embarrassing than I thought it was going to be.

If you have never had this done, I strongly suggest considering doing this. You will feel so much better and be shocked at what you learn about yourself and eating habits. After going for a few sessions over a months time, they suggest you go back for one treatment every 9-12 months.

The owner of Essential Health was the one who worked with me on my visit. I had a little anxiety being the first time and a bigger woman but she was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I would ask for her during your first visit. If a larger person I would ask to be scheduled in the room with the assist bar on the wall to help you get up. I felt the experience as beneficial and brought a followon package!
