Just make sure you are plenty hydrated before you come to the hot yoga classes. And I suggest to bring 2 full bath towels with you to manage your sweat.

Bring a bath towel to cover your mat. Your sweat will need it!! also bring a hand towel to wipe your face off every now and then ..Great workout !!

Buy the hydro flask They sell it for $50 but it's worth every penny of it It's About the same price everywhere else Amazon might sell it cheaper but the owner is nice and deserves my hard earned cash

Drink lots of water before, during and after. The instructor is great and helps new clients feel comfortable from the moment we entered the door.

Take a towel for your yoga mat and one for your face. Drink plenty of water before class and expect to sweat a lot. I have never been in a class like this before, it's intense and eliminates all your toxins from your body. It's like yoga in a sauna. I love it!!!
