We had someone come out and discuss what was to be done and advised we would be out of town the next week. My husband wanted to be here when the work was being done. They called and left a VM that they had scheduled and would be out. We probably would have another limb or two trimmed if we had been home. They do good work and good clean up.

Ask them to let you know ahead of time when they will come. They did not call me but i happened to be home that day. Had to juggle 2 service people that day.
