I never got an email back from them after my photography session. They were supposed to email me a username and password so that I could access my photos but almost 3 months went by and they sent nothing. Need to work this out badly!!

I could have done better having a friend take a photo with their cell phone. Will not return.

I arrived on time for my Appointment and had to wait because the photographer wasn't there. The girl checking people in ended up taking my photos so I wouldn't have to wait longer. The pictures didn't turn out well at all. Never again,
