The meat quality is going down. i ordered the spare rib and half of the meat was inedible with hard fat. I felt like I was getting ripped off. Also when i went there i was looking forward the the lin katsu sauce and they said they stopped making it. I loved that sauce it was really good. Also I feel like the portions are getting smaller as well.

This Thousand Oaks location is great. Cleaner and much larger than other L&L locations. Very nice people working here.
