$28 seems extremely expensive to shorten shirt sleeves. That's nearly half the price of the shirt.

They charged me $20 to replace a zipper. Paid $40.00 for the designer jeans so $20 is WAAAAY out of the reasonable range. They will be out of business soon with those prices. Good Luck! O surely won't be back or be sending any business your way.
