Flyboard Rentals of Toledo weds waterskiing and flight with their gravity-defying flyboards. Certified flyboard instructors are on hand to teach students how to safely soar above the water at the whims of water-pressure-guided boots. It only takes about 5–10 minutes to learn how it works—just strap yourself into a pair of boots that are anchored by a small board, and grab hold of the 50-foot cord attached to a jet ski. When the instructor powers up the jet ski, water blasts out from under the board and you're sent straight up into the air to hover on the water. Jim Stillman, the owner and operator of Flyboard Rentals, has personally trained each instructor and ensured that all are certified in first aid and CPR.
