I have just done my 3rd body treatment and I am slowly feeling a weight loss difference to my thighs and abdomen. I haven't seen a drastic weight loss but look to having even greater successes with my remaining 3 treatments. My goal is to be down at least 1 to 2 dresses sizes by the middle of October. What I really notice is that I am not as hungry as before and when I do eat, I get full quickly. Teresa is wonderful, caring and flexible if you have to reschedule. Finding A-1 Message and Spa in Tomball is like finding a hidden little Jem!

omg this woman was awesome! very sweet, professional, knowledgeable, very nice place, i felt very comfortable with her and that's hard to find. i felt great before and after my body tent. i would recommend A-1 to all my girlfriends and anyone.
