I liked that he really knows what he is doing and doesn’t waste anybody’s time. Ken teaches real moves to kids.

Very convenient location for us (North York), nice facility and GREAT instructors who are patient (we're taking Kung Fu as a family and have young kids!), helpful and take the time to review something with you individually if you don't get it the first time - we're very happy with our Bamboo Kung Fu experience!

Really great workouts, some of the larger class sizes can be hard for beginners to get into but smaller classes are very informative and fun. Fitness Kickboxing with Andrew Eastwood was a plus for me!
