They had just moved and seemed rushed/distracted.

clean up job for Platinum Package was poor and did not do what Platinum Package advertises and when I inquired about poor quality of work I was told that what I was asking for was a $400 job (even though it is fully listed on their website under Platinum Package)

This company is a Joke ! I left my car with him for 2.5 hours and when he said it was done. I found floor Matt's that weren't mine. I look in the back seat there is still crayon on consul he claims was paint then realizes he's wrong and decides to take a damp rag to it. I lift the back seats and there is no way he had vacuumed there was crumbs and dirt never touched. He then asks me to back the car in again for him to vacuum. Then I inspect further. I lift the center consul lid all underneath still dirty untouched. He tells me he steam cleaned the floor of the car the carpet is dry as a bone dirt in the center untouched ! This guy is a scam stay away ! Excuses like you wouldn't believe.
