Gyan Yoga did wonders for me mentally and physically. I want to thank the instructors for doing such a wonderful job for all of us. The studio is truly a hidden gem and I'm very lucky to have found them. I recommend this studio to everyone I know whether they do yoga or not.

Did not like the instructor. He appeared bored, and left the session twice while we were meditating. Didn't even use the rest of my pass after my first negative experience.

-lower room temperature slightly (you want to easily work up a sweat when moving but not when lying still - improve cleanliness - if the class is called flow, have a flow to the teaching, not just a series of poses
