Great intro. class! Class would have been even better if it was little longer, and if the class size was a little smaller. Enjoyed the experience, and the interesting selection of good quality teas!

I really enjoyed the tea blending workshop. It was very informative (Dan is very knowledgeable) and a lot of fun. Herbal Infusions Tea Co. has a wonderful atmosphere to be in.

I was very pleasantly suprised by this experience. Dan had an incredible knowledge of tea mixology and had a big enough selection for us to make some really interesting and unique teas. THis is a must-do for any tea lover out there!

Thought the tea blending workshop was excellent and am looking forward to trying the tea I blended. Would have liked more instruction as to how much of the inclusions to add to the base to acheive best flavour (even hints about which were more potent than others, did well with explaining cornflower, what about the others?) am fully planning on attending the tea cocktails workshop!

Really fun day and the atmosphere was great! Will mention it to friends for sure :)
