Always love going to the Windsor Arms for high tea. Beautiful ambiance, lots of tea options, sandwiches and desserts were delicious.

Outstanding service, beautiful room. Yummy high tea treats - the warm goat cheese tart to start. Followed by scrumptious home made scones and preserves and Devon cream, tasty finger sandwiches and adorable and delicious petit four. We’ll be returning for sure!!!

Very easy check-in at the desk (with coupon).
Service was wonderful, even recommending a tea for me.
With scones, sandwiches & desserts, we always come home with our little treat bag.
Table planning to observe Covid Regs was more than adequate.
I love giving “high tea” as a gift
