such amazing value (they need to charge more for that class) and let people know that the cakes are professional quality, all-butter icing etc. phenomenal program. I would also allow parents to do this with kids (not just for those 4 and under) it is a great activity to do with a parent.

I feel like you have bitten off more than you can chew. We've attempted to come twice to your new establishment- the first time we were turned away because you had booked a private party ( although I had called ahead and was told to drop in any time for ceramics) and the second time we were waiting outside for half an hour waiting for someone to show up and open. The explaination given was that you were not opening on time that day due to having to set up an event elsewhere. You acted asthough we should have known that eventhough your website indicated you open at 10:30 and the front door said the same. You were very accomodating once we were in, but it's still a let down (especially for excited kids) to be turned away or have to wait. The expericne ended up being rushed and I would hestiate to book an event with you although I live in the area and make an effort to support local businesses.
