Over all my suggestion would be to avoid this establishment. Upcharges and job not complete. I purchased inner and outer detail. For the most part my SUV was returned clean. The areas that were not do stood out though. The exterior windshield, backlight, and roof were never touched. The front grille had 20 or more dead bugs on the fore most visible chrome. When I asked, they told me that what I was looking at were chips due to stone impact. Really…. The inside windshield was not touched. Behind the steering wheel and inside the center council there was dirt present. I do not believe that these areas were cleaned either. The upcharges. When making the appointment they were told that I was bringing an SUV. It was not until they had the vehicle that they informed me that there was an upcharge for SUV. $40. There were also upcharges for extra dirt $40 and pet hair $40. Honestly the pet hair (though there wasn’t much) I can understand. I can comprehend where this may cost more. But extra dirt? They showed me a picture of the small debris that was blown out from under the passenger seat and informed me that his was considered extra dirt. Sean did wave one of the upcharges. Sean was courteous. Always looking for the upsell though. To be fair I did email the establishment with pictures and asked if they were satisfied with the job that they did. I never received a response.

Very unprofessional. Very hard to locate. Seats were still soaking wet when I had received the car. Associates had my keys next up on somebody else’s. A lot of smearing on the window. Fairly poorly done

Trying to refund currently. Their Clinton Township location has been closed. Had to reschedule an interior detail and I made sure to call one week before my original appointment to reschedule. They told me they had to call back to set up new appointment. 1 week went by I called to follow up and they said someone will be calling me Monday to reschedule. It is now been 2 weeks and no call.

After purchasing Detailing I called the location a few times to set up an appointment but never got a return call. Now I hear the are no loner open for that location. 😟😡

They charge excess fees for dirt, stains, and for the size of your car. so it ends up close to what a regular detailing would cost. and their website does not have details on the extra costs.

Be Warned I bought this for my wife. She dropped the vehicle off the night before and left it for them. When she picked it she was charged an extra $35 above what I paid for 'Pet Hair'. When she told me, I checked and sure enough the "Fine Print" states EXTRA FEE for excessive dirt or Pet Hair and oversized vehicles. I checked the fine print over several OTHER detailing and they only list 'oversized vehicles.' Mind you, this IS a car detailing so I am not what they are expecting. You to CLEAN your car before bringing it in? Maybe it saves them a little bit of time and trouble? They won't be used again nor can I recommend them.
