The class was wonderful. The first time I had been there. I will return. The instructor was great. The class was calming and relaxing. Perfect ending to a hectic weekend. Hope you continue to have restorative classes on Sunday at 5:30 for an hour. Thank you!

Barefoot is the best at mind, body and spirit connection. I have RA (rheumatoid arthritis) and can say it has improved my symptoms with the stretching and discomfort of stiffness. Highly recommend this studio.
