The studio is in a great location and has a wonderful atmosphere of relaxation and friendliness! It is clean and bright and the instructors are top notch! I’m very happy with my purchase.

This was a wonderful experience. The leader/teacher was very knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful. I don’t recall her name, but she was a senior experienced instructor. The studio was immaculate, with all the equipment necessary.

I loved that the class was small and the instructor had the time to correct me and encourage me when needed. Best core work I've done.

My first mat Pilates class was taught by Bree at the Oro Valley location and was great! I am looking forward to future classes! The facility is attractive, clean, and well maintained. Water, lockers, and restrooms are readily available. No need to bring your own mat--mats are provided.
