I'm surprised you are still in business. You are a real jerk and should learn to read your contracts when you sign up for coupons. You really know little about customer satisfaction.

Provide pricing information online. Cupcakes seemed a little small. Be sure orders are ready when customers arrive. I ordered mine 72 hours in advance, was told to arrive before 2 pm and when I arrived, my cupcakes weren't ready. I was asked to come back in a half hour so they could be made. The mistake was never acknowledged and no apology was ever given. The cupcakes, nor the service was good enough for me to want to ever return.
