I was disappointed at first because they had some trouble scheduling the procedure. But that was because they had some unforeseen things happen. There was a delay in getting the machine. But after I visited there I was impressed with the lady that did my procedure. She made up for any disappointment I had in the beginning.

Love the girl that does the laser hair removal. Scheduling appointments was hard a few times, getting better now.
