She was very open and friendly. She did a great job at achieving what I asked for. I left some decisions up to her and my hair turned out great!

Not engaging. Only spoke when I spoke to her or asked a question. Acted like she didnt want to be there and that I was a useless client. Told her to cut 1 inch off my hair, she didnt. Styled my hair without spraying it, so once I left the salon my hair looked awful. Will not return.

The color/highlights were good. The cut was awful. After I got home I found it was uneven and not what I asked for. I asked for the layers to be shortened and she used a razor and hacked away where it mostly a shorter layer with not much of my length left. Very frustrated with the uneven and I tipped her.
