Laurel was exceedingly kind and hospitable even with her space in transition having been set up that morning. She adjusted her methods to my tastes, since I like to know exactly what's going on, the purpose and the process. When I was quiet, she was quiet -- just had a very good sense of her client. In general, I find it awkward when employees of businesses, salons included, are talking amongst themselves in a way that might alienate the patrons as if the patrons were intruding on the space. This wasn't a big problem at Symmetry. Overall, a lovely gem in the area.
