About Kelli's Vegan Kitchen

Chef Kelli Roberts earned certification in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University and has followed a vegan diet for more than a decade. She draws from that experience in her private and group cooking classes, in which she teaches others how to make tasty dishes while following an animal-product-free lifestyle. She'll demystify ingredients such as quinoa, arugula, and cashews. Her 28-day Transition to Vegan program offers recipes, menus, and support so that participants can successfully shift their dietary practices and stop driving cars made of leather.

My daughter and I throughly enjoyed Kelli and learning some new tricks from her. We've sighed up for another class. I highly recommend this to everyone even if your not a vegan.

It was fun! It was hands on with other fun folks. Kelli did a great job setting up and having everything we needed on hand. Very enjoyable - would do it again!

Kelli walked us through three meals and a dessert. So we got an idea for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I realize that you can't learn everything in one two hour class. So, this is something I'd like to do again. I learned about brands of meat and cheese alternatives and met very nice people. I think even a slide show of different products and how to use them and what spices to use with them would be a good idea. Anyway, I would definitely recommend taking her class because she's very patient and kind and able to answer questions!

It's a basic cooking class really for beginner cooks, but if you enjoy a delicious vegan meal and meeting new people, I would highly recommend this class.

Enjoyed the class. Would have liked a little more ideas on how to convert to being a vegan. How and where do you start.
