I am enjoying the basic classes. They are challenging me as a senior returning to regular exercise. The Union City studio is immaculate & parking is easy.

I loved it! Evelyn greeted me the first time I dropped in and she was extremely helpful and kind. I’ve taken a couple of classes and have enjoyed the atmosphere and the cleanliness.
