The instructor/owner Sara is amazing. She is very motivating. I love that she tells you what body part the move you're performing is supposed to be working so you can make sure to pinpoint all your effort there.

They start exactly on time so arrive early. Must wear socks. The basic class felt like a gentle, low intensity workout but I was seriously sweating by the end.
