Make sure to call before you go even if you have an appointment. It's tricky to find a spot to leave your car when you go in. Park on 2nd Ave if you need to.

Quick in and out. If you stay there until the car is ready, wear warm clothes. The area you wait in is NOT heated!

Always call ahead to book an appointment. IF they fully booked, let them know if you're available for cancellation spots. They are great at following up. Your car is in great hands!
