It was difficult to book, because they do detailing for Capilano Volkswagen, sometimes they get slammed with a bunch of cars from VW and the owner/manager doesn't have a good booking system. Aside from this inconvenience, he was prompt to get my car in and they did a very professional job. I would use them again.

The confirmation form that was sent to me didn't have the bar code for North pro to submit, that was the only problem. It took me awhile to find it.I had forgotten my password.
Did everything go through for them? They did an excellent job on my car, love it. Thank you
