Great place to do SUP, but I wouldn't rent from here as the equipment is bottom-line-entry-level. Would have preferred more of an "instructor" rather than a "friend's buddy" taking me out to do SUP.

dry land training is very minimal - the majority of the time is spent on the water - fun, fun, fun!!!
