Lazer tag room gets VERY warm

It was pretty cold inside your facility the day I was there to play laser tag. Maybe keep the temperatures in a normal range.

The customer service was terrible, they were very rude and inpatient. They made it very hard to set up the lasertag games, there was no way to coordinate with other friends as they business required the call be made the day of and see if any openings, then only had about half hour to try to coordinate friends to meet there an play. Laser guns were malfuntioning. Very unpleasant experience.

I had been roller skating but never lazer tag. I would recommend both

Lazer tag equipment needs to be up dated, lots did not work.

Their website leads you to believe that each game is approximately 20 minutes. In reality each game is 7 minutes and 30 seconds.

It was okay, but not terrific. This is a relatively small laser tag gamespace tucked into a medium-sized rectangular room at the back of a roller skating rink. On a Friday night the skating rink was packed, but the lasertag area was a side show, with about a dozen players participating in 7.5 minute game rounds. The equipment had technical issues for about 25% of our players, who could not get a score. The staff was very courteous though, and gave extra games to compensate. The owner said this is the last remaining lasertag field in Vancouver.

The place is old and sort of smelly.

Staffs are not the friendliest including the owner(older man).No smiles from any of them esp the ones skating in the ring. My son and his buddies said the lazertag was terribly small and inedequate.They had 4 runs each and had wanted to leave after the 2nd one. These are 12 and 13 years old who like everything !!
