they are ok, but dont expect the polish to stay on...my daughter was disappointed a bit.

Great place for tweens! Wonderful service. Very focused on the kids and they know what girls like...

Diva Girlz was amazing my daughter and her friends had an amazing time. Loved it!

The concept was great: mani/pedi and facial for tween girls. However, Diva Girlz was understaffed and overbooked. I was under impression that it was just our party. When we got there, there were another 5 girls having the same event at the same time. There was only one party room and only 2 people working in their staff. It was a madhouse. It was supposed to be for only one hour. It was 1 hour and 45 mins by the time we were done. I had to rebook our dinner reservations and explain to our guests' parents that I had to bring their daughters much later than expected.

Paint on nails was a horrible job didnt even remove old polish first. Said tween spa but way too childish for tweens. Very disorganized and nothing like a spa not worth the money at all.

Not organized well (not enough staff on) -quick job on everything....thought it would be more pampering

Difficult to schedule and not fun for just one child.
