Booking the voucher can be frustrating as the salon will only book a certain number of coupons in favor to full-price-paying customers in core hours. Someone should speak to them about phone manners and responsiveness. They seem a bit short staffed. Once you are in the chair, the service improves.
very unprofessional, the owner was on the phone most of the time while she was doing a pedicure. The mani pedi did not include painting of the nails so I got charged extra. (what mani & peni does not include the nail polish??)
Very long waiting times and mediocre services
When a customer goes into any salon or spa or just any simply nails place and orders a Pedicure, it is right away implied that you get BOTH the nail care treatment AS WELL as a color. The voucher/deal did not state that "color is not included" because this is a redundant statement, and InStyle's (or more correctly Miami Fades - the new location) decision to suddenly choose and charge $5 for color is absolutely redicilous. After so many things have gone wrong with one appointment, you can be certain that you have lost a potential customer.
Their services are ok, nothing out of ordinary. I go back just because I have another voucher, otherwise I would consider other salons.

no customer service, dirty salon, employees can't speak english therefore difficult to communicate, should state on deal that you have to pay extra for nail polish, not a real pedicure-- go to nice one nails. would never come back and i will tell others how aweful this salon is.
