The staff at the Vaughan mills location are terrible hair dressers. Both my sister and I had basic trims done and they managed to mess them both up. I don't recommend anyone have their hair cut there.

The quality of the manicure was just not there. She didn't cut my cuticles, didn't file my nails properly and when painting, missed the sides of my nails. I find that the Vietnamese ladies do a much better job.

My apt was for 1:30pm. When I arrived, I told the person at the front I had arrived for my appt. She said 'I don't know if they're ready for you yet' and walked away... I assumed she went to ask the hairstylist if she was ready. The person from the front desk came back and proceed to help the next customer. I stood there waiting... wondering what I was waiting for. Then I walked to the hairstylist (the only person with a customer so I assumed she was my 'stylist') to ask her if she needed me to wait for a bit. She said 'Oh can you come back by 2:30?'?????? I said no, my apt was at 1:30 but I didn't mind if I had to wait 10 or 15 min. She responded by asking if I had somewhere else to go. "Well, I booked my appt for 1:30 because I have my 1 year old daughter waiting at home". The stylist responded 'Don't you have someone looking after her?".
