I am so grateful for this makeover experience! I love to look pretty and wear eyeliner but I couldn't see well enough to put it on. I had no idea what to expect. When I arrived I was so welcomed! The Natural Beauty Salon was decorated with exquiste taste and Holly, the owner and artist, was so loving and genuine- besides beautiful- that I felt confident in her expertise. I completely trusted her and rightfully so. She is well trained and educated in applying permanent make-up and when she was finished the look before and after was astounding! She made me feel so comfortable and could see the outcome before she started. After my initial appointment, I came home and showed my mother who is 89 years old. She has wanted her eyebrows done for many years and since I was so delighted with my new look we made an appointment for my mom. Holly applied permanent brow make-up on my mom and did a beautiful job, just as I expected. It gave my mom a new outlook on life and made her feel better about herself. We both are very grateful and appreciate Holly, a professional make-up artist! ! We received excellent customer service from beginning to end. Holly's receptionist, Denise, is a very loving, warm person with excellent customer service skills and helped to make us feel welcome and very comfortable. Natural Beauty is a "CLASS ACT" like non other. The experience was so positive and the outcome was absolute beauty! I am so grateful to have had such a memorable experience and highly recommend Holly and her salon, Natural Beauty Permanent Make-up & Esthetics. Sincerely, Jan Spencer
