faster service.

The food this time was much better in general though my friend ordered 6 oz filet and when it arrived it was maybe 3 oz. while we understand that it's pre cooked weight compared to my 10 oz it was ridiculously small. Had we been paying regular price for the meal we would have sent it back. The service was still slow and painful at times with the final straw being plain rudeness when one person asked for her drinks to be split out and then a second person requesting the same when the server only brought the one bill. It was a sour note to end the evening.

This is a top box score restaurant. Didn't realize that they were in the location. All of the service staff were friendly, professional, and made the evening very special as we had a leisurely meal... took two and half hours... we wanted it that way.... Thanks for a memorable evening. We will be back!!!

Servers were very friendly and food was great, but pretty pricey

We had great service from Megan. She is one of the best servers I've had for a long time and I dine out 2-3 times a week. Not once did she make us feel like we were inconveniencing her and we did not feel rushed at all. She had a great sense of humor and she anticipated our every need. Usually we have to ask for beverage refills but she was on top of it and we didn't have to ask once. She also cleared our plates quickly and efficiently.

Better service & food that many recent reviews suggest. Service was very attentive. Appetizers were very good. New York steak was also very good although they tend to undercook a bit.

Ric's has always been consistantly good but our server, Megan, really made the experience outstanding.

Excellent food and service

Really small entree portion sizes side of 5 roasted potatoes and 4 veggies left us hungry. Caesar salad dressing was mayo and dessert choc mousse was half whip cream
