I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for the week. Kylie was amazing over the phone, and quickly scheduled me for a teeth whitening appointment for today. I showed up to my appointment and was greeted very kindly by Kylie and another front desk attendant (forgot her name..but she was super nice!). Brandy was awesome! She assessed my teeth and explained the whitening process to me prior to Dr. Alan Kessler coming in to make sure that I was a good candidate for the teeth whitening. Dr. Alan was very approachable, and he kindly started up a convo while looking at my teeth. Then, Brandy set me up for the teeth whitening, made sure I was comfortable, gave me a blanket, and changed the tv channel to my preferred sports channel. She checked on me throughout the hour-long process. Even though this was my first time doing a teeth-whitening, I felt totally comfortable the entire time! She assessed the results of the teeth whitening and explained what not to eat after the whitening process was complete. Afterwards, the insurance/payment consultant (Mary?) spoke with me about future costs of invisalign and porcelain crowns on potential visits. She explained everything very clearly. She made it very easy to understand what my insurance would cover or likely not cover, and made it super easy to understand what type of payment I could expect for a future visit. We also discussed the lifetime whitening treatment plan for regular customers. based upon the superb experience outlined above, I would not hesitate to revisit the London Bridge Smiles dental office as a routine customer for dental exams, cleanings,whitenings, etc. Thanks so much to the crew at London Bridge Smiles! See you all again in 6 months for a teeth cleaning/exam :)
