Great lesson!

Great time but

We had a difficult time communicating with Sarah and scheduling our horsebackriding lesson. We texted back and forth and days would roll by without hearing from her. We were not given the morning time, which we preferred, coming from a distance and considering the heat in the afternoon, but we just went when she was available. We did enjoy learning about grooming and basic English style riding techniques with the horses, but felt that Sara was a bit rough with handling the horses and somewhat rude with her customers. We believe that Sara is extremely experienced in dealing with horses and hope that she could find better ways to schedule and communicate warmth.

So far our daughter has had a wonderful time.

duration of the lesson was supposed to be 60min, but my daughter only got 30min riding and it was not even very high quality riding lesson.

The owner Sara has less than desirable customer service skills and communication skills.
