Didn't even have the group class as advertised. 30 min individual /90 min group sessions(deal was way too good to be true). Will never go to Sam Ash again

Atrocious scheduling, poor communications, no responses, rude manager, no follow through, incomplete on their offer and services, very disappointing and frustrating. I intend to let many others know about their awful customer relations.
