Great classes for beginners and advanced fighters. Really breaks down Muay Thai to the basic level and makes it easy and fun to learn. Also a great workout and teaching atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Ive been going here for a couple months now and love it. They take females seriously and dont coddle them. Really great workout and take the time to teach you technique.
